By downloading, installing, or using the Virtual Thermal Printer Android application (package name com.mlabs.virtualprinter), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the Application.
MLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Virtual Thermal Printer application on Android devices owned or controlled by you, subject to compliance with these terms.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Application offers optional auto-renewable in-app subscriptions ("Offer a Coffee ☕ / Remove Ads"):
yearly_ad_free_subscription): Billed annually via Google Play Store ($0.99/year or local equivalent).monthly_ad_free_subscription): Billed monthly via Google Play Store ($0.19/month or local equivalent).ℹ️ Subscription Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play Store Account Settings.
If you switch devices or reinstall the Application, you can restore your active subscription by navigating to Settings > Offer a Coffee ☕ and clicking Restore Purchase.
The free version of the Application displays full-page (interstitial) advertisements provided by Google AdMob after a predetermined number of printed receipts. Users with an active subscription will have all full-page advertisements completely removed.
The Application acts as a local server for TCP Port 9100, Bluetooth Classic (SPP), and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Proper operation depends on your local WiFi network environment, device hardware support, and OS bluetooth configurations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted wireless network connectivity.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MLABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
